Hey Lazada pros I need some help here
I have a voucher that expires today, I used it yesterday but payment failed, it still says processing
I contacted CS they say order is invalid because payment didn't go through, but have to wait 24hr until the voucher can be revalidated and reused
Problem is now more than 24 hours already, code still cannot be used and is due to expire in just a few hours
Contact CS they will ask me to wait 24 to 48 hours, by then my voucher expire ady !!!
What to do ??
