I think when you post your daily diet and workout updates on your journal, you should tick the "Do not combine with previous post?" option. This bumps your thread back to the top and reminds other people to have a look and comment on your progress, which i think help motivate you to achieve your goals.
GOOD LUCK and dont get lazy! Keep updating your journal otherwise you might fall off.
