Trouble with adding new people is sometimes you get some troublemaker which affects the entire group’s stability.

Perhaps that’s why they’re lazy to add new people if the group has already stabilise / etc.

Yeah, that's the concern esp when it comes to adding people without screening them

chiahau is right. If you don't screen before adding people it will affect the group's stability. And then you have people who you added and then they just keep silent all the time.
