I applied for Reservoir Engineer months back but I was not called for an iv. I'm a fresh grad so I didnt get my hopes up anyway. How about you?

I applied on April but they called me on Aug. Actually, I am at other company right now. But if they hire me, I would definitely join Exxonmobil.

3 interviews with 3 head of section. One of then js a caucasian.
All the questions are STAR questions.
About 40 min for each interviewer.

Yup. For downstream. About 4 candidates in total but there was no group assessment, only individual.

i see. i guess all the positions listed are for downstream.

hows the working culture for IT dept in exxon ? is it stressful or relax?

i was called for interview later this month. Just wondering is it possible to reschedule the interview because i might have an important task on that date.

You can. For my case they are being very professional and allowed multiple reschedule, but of course inform them in advance.

Worst case they can even arrange for Skype interview, as long as your reason is valid.

hi, can anyone help me? My skype interview is scheduled this friday morning. The HR just did a testing session and told me there will be 2 technical guys interviewing and will be CBI and technical session without HR.
