Yup those sorts of sale-by-state stats are not made available to the public, but I figured it'd not hurt to try and ask u. I doubt the lottery corporations would ever release such info too. It would be very interesting to see how much legit lottery purchases happen in Sabah and Sarawak compared to other states. Foreign big punters/syndicates have always been coming over each time there's a huge jackpot, making the Toto machines go BRRRR! And ever since the Philippine govt instituted a 20% tax on all winnings of PHP10,001 and up, I strongly believe such activities have increased dramatically.
