Outlets do issue a receipt for total winnings even if you claim cash or personal cheques from them.

The receipt will show the agent number and date but don't show what number you strike.

If want to show to IRB, better to photocopy the winning tickets before handing to the agent, then photocopy the receipt and the results of that particular draw as well. Compile these, for future use. Haha.

Anyway IRB not interested to see these small amounts.

If big amount, claim from regional office. Photocopy everything too...😊

What I heard, sometimes those underground agents will buy numbers from legal outlets.

Sometimes win, sometimes lose. It's business to them.

In a way, they can "wash" their income.... you know what I mean? Hehe...
