No hard and fast rule, the data is to show you what you may need to know.

Example 1

Let's say if my favourite number is 5555 so i look thru the chart from the latest upload,
from year 2005 till current oct 2018. I see it only came on year 2009 consolation and year 2014 on the 1/2/3 prize category.
13 years of draws but only came out once on 1/2/3 draw(by the way i check online it came 3rd place on 2014) and one consolation on 2009.

After seeing this data, now i try stay clear of these type of number on the long run,
doesn't mean that it won't come out, just not feasible for me to invest ya.

So it's up to you to see what comes what does not, depends on LUCK too

Example 2

Looking at 2018 Permutation 4, i see the numbers starting with 0xxx and 2xxx might have a chance to draw at 1/2/3 prize.
As from the past years looking at the minimum hit.

3xxx hit is 2-3 times
4xxx hit is 2-3 times
5xxx hit is 1-2 times
6xxx hit is 1 time

So i sieve and compare the numbers like this way.

From permutation 4 i target the 0xxx and 2xxx, maybe 3xxx as well.
Let's say if i target 2xxx is 2444, then i would look thru the past years to see how many times it draws and how many 1/2/3 prize coz in permutation my target numbers will always be in that category for the higher payout.
And also i would check to see if the number 2444 is drawn in which day/week/month online.

Example 3

Would also look at 2018 Permutation 4 bottom at those numbers that has not drawn, meaning no strike at any prize category or with 0 prize.

Look at the gap and what numbers by comparing the previous years. If i choose a number, i will then also look at the date/week/month online to see if the number hits more for oct,nov,dec, because we got 3 months(oct/noc/dec) left for 2018.

So for the other categories i do the same too.
Will concentrate more on Permutation 4/6/12 as it is more than a handful for me already.....Permutation 24 will be on and off depends on the number
