Ok guys, I haven't used a laptop / notebook before. Never.
I plan to get one in conjunction with DiGI EDGE for wireless broadband. Dell Inspiron 6400 is one of models I'm looking at.
However, the DiGI Edge faq http://www.digi.com.my/data_services/gprs/...b_faq.do?page=1 states:
"An EDGE PC card is a PCMCIA card which allows laptop users to work efficiently and effectively when they are on the move or out of the office."
The Dell Inspiron 6400 tech spec http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/p...dhs1&l=en&s=dhs says:
"Express Card Connectors: One ExpressCard slot 54mm 1.5 V and 3.3 V
Please note that this model does not support the older PCMCIA Interface."
I'm confused, does this mean the 6400 can't use the DiGi Edge data card?
