I need some help. I want to connect the laptop to my tv. My 6400 has an s-video socket so I guess I get an s-video cable and connect it to the tv's s-video socket. But what about the audio? What kind of cable do i need?

I did some googling. A website mentioned a mini jack stereo to RCA audio cable. Is the audio out on the laptop 3.5mm?

QUOTE(pipedream @ Apr 28 2007, 02:23 PM) 3.5mm = normal earphone plug in wimpy mah compared to tv speakers.why the hassle though? i use my computer speaker and let it blast while connecting to tv Just realised that laptop is 7 pin s-video while tv is 4 pin. Can you plug 4 pin connector into 7 pin socket? This post has been edited by android: Apr 28 2007, 04:09 PM |

Any x1300users notice video corruption in wmp9(playing wmv) with window media acceleration on in the driver? I'm wondering if it's the driver's or media player's fault.
