anyone experience slow media change when playong mp3 on vosta home premium windows media player?

i have a song folder mp3 and added it to the playlist... each time switch song will take 5-6 sec.. the s
Status will be "changing media... " why issit so long??? i use winamp and no such problem (luckily)

also.. what codec did you all install? i am experiencing slow down and skiping while playing .mpg file.. (first 1-2 secs)

i have tried K-lite mega and also another vista pack.. anyone know why?

wah~! it really did work~!!! even my mpg first 2 secs skipping problem was gone! sad that it had to come enabled by default and causing such pening-ness.. haha

problem fixed...

blue fonts = compressed files... actually useful to get more space...
i usually compress my download and document folders..

you can do it by right click a folder properties then go Advanced and click the "Compress contents to save disk space"

Then after process you can see how much space is compress by looking at the Size and also the Size on Disk (The actual HDD space occupied)

This i dont recommend use on windows or program files as i guess there should be a slow down the file access due to uncompressions...

can 6400 support 8400M or 8600M graphic card as the one in 1520? neone know?

seems that i am encountering this bug where the sound processing will fail after long hours (10hours) >_< and only way to get back sound after restart. Got known way to fix this?

Using 6400. Reverted to the original sigmatel sound and dont have this problem. just SRS
