mine ship on 18th...till now no news, the sales represensatives who attended me took leave from yesterday till 23rd
then i called d manager extension, bz... only called me back 2 hours later...
since I taking nap and in blur state, didn't manage to screw them...
sigh...now regret...but she told me will be coming on mon...
hope no more delay d...at 1st estimated date arrived 20th...

found out not only tat 2 key swap...several as well...
not the alphabets but the sign one...

dunno it's me or wat, felt the ac adapter connector can't be fitted tightly to the adaptor...
compare to the HP and Toshiba laptops my family using...

don believe the website...cz after they ship to the courier service..
they will not update it as they wouldn't know when it reach...
best is to call dell and screw them like wat I did...
then they contact the courier service for u to check the status..
whether it reach d or not and when they load in into d truck..
remember to ask them to contact u back when they got d news..

then it can run on dual channel mode oredi...

slowly upgrade the RAM..one by one..
changing one 512 mb to 1 gb first...
and got money then change the other one...

In order to achieve this, the DDR/DDR2 SDRAM memory modules must be installed into matching banks, which are usually color coded on the motherboard. It is not required that identical modules are used, but it is often recommended. One module of 512MB RAM could be installed in bank one and a 1GB module could be installed in bank two.

To clarify: if your motherboard has, say, two pairs of different coloured DIMM sockets (the colours indicate which bank they belong to, Bank 0 or Bank 1) then you can place a matched pair of memory modules in Bank 0, but a different capacity pair of modules in Bank 1, as long as they are of the same speed (and, ideally, manufacturer). So a pair of 1Gb memory modules in Bank 0, and a pair of matched 512Mb modules in Bank 1 would be acceptable for Dual-channel operation.
