Recently I came back  after a 9 day holiday to find that my Car Park in my condo is being used by a random car. I highlighted the issue to the management office and they have clamped the car, however I have few concerns.

1) It has been a few days now and the car has yet to been moved.
2) The car road tax expires 3 years ago
3) There is no Visitor Card nor Condo Sticker attached to the car, hence untraceable
4) Condo Management do not have record of this car registered.
5) The car is locked but hand brick is not engaged.

I'm not sure what's the best action to do in this situation as now I'm unable to use 1 out of 2 of my car parks. Thankfully the management office offered for me to use one of the spare car parks, however would like to get some advise on what action I should do.


Police Report? - Management Office mentioned they would be doing it. However, I'm not sure what impact it would bring.
Tow the Car myself? - and put the car where?

Part of me just feels like smashing the car window and pushing the car out of my lot. But part of which also feels wrong as this would trouble the other residence instead.

Any ideas?
