I'm suffering from the same situation recently. Talked to the condo management. They told me to tow the car at my own cost like wtf.

The management body didn't do a good job preventing stranger trespassing my property and parking in my carpark spot and now it's my responsibility to clean up the mess.

I'm not even sure if I'm authorized to tow the car which is technically not my property. If the guy come and sue me afterwards how.

Just want to know how did you resolve the issue? Did it end up well?
