i never sucess redeem any voucher on thursday since u mobile change the bew app, so disappointed

since u mobile change to new apps is very difficult to grab the terrer thrusday gift anymore. u will difficult to log in from 7:55am, untill 8:05am something u sucess log in, but will prompt out the message said that the gift have been fully grab, good luck next time

after update the new u mobile app, when open the app will prompt out the message said that ur current personel information is incorrect, pls update it to avoid service interuption or line trrmination

go to redeem the terrer thrusday paparich voucher at paparich kajang now, but the bangla staff said cannot redeem here, what the...? call u mobile customer services they.said should be not a peoblem, they said will make a report on it.

depends staff also, last time redeem voucher at old town, first staff i ask said cannot redeem, and go to ask second staff, the second staff said can redeem, no problem

already 24 hours but still the same, how long have to wait?i call lazada yesterday they said u mobile have issue with the rm30 reload system, i top up rm2 from u card credit, it immediately credit into my number.

the issue solve already, but yesterday top up rm30 again to other number using lazada also face the same problem, still not receive the credit yet, is lazada or u mobile problem?
