I wanted to stop auto renewal for UMI. Previously it was "unsubscribe" so I did the same today
Instead it stopped my current UMI30.

After taking another look at the options, I noticed I made a mistake. I should have selected "Stop Auto Renewal" instead of "Unsubscribe Immediately"

This is a silly mistake but why is there such an option anyway? Why would anyone want to stop when its already paid for? Doesnt make sense.

anybody having issues with connection? my iPhone needs to be reset to connect to U mobiles network (prepaid). It seems to lose the connection when going from Wifi to 3G/4G environment. Once it is on 3G/4G it remains ok. Only during the transition period it seems to lose it

Already Reset Network but still doing it.

The every month free 1GB Data now tipu or what?
I get LTE but I cant even load LYN page

At first I thought maybe connection is bad but after I bought the UMI30, it can load all pages at fast speed.
I check my free 1GB, still got plenty

Is this happening to you as well?

I’m using prepaid. I get someone to transfer credit to me but I don’t see my credit balance increasing. But I do see my credit expiry date had changed.

I’m not imagining things as I already noticed this last week so this time I note down my balance before and after
