if i want to change to a nano sim

all i need to do is just to go to the counter and tell them i want a nano sim?

as the current sim on my mother's phone is the bigger one

her new phone needs to use nano sim now
but the thing is the registered person is under my brother's name and my brother is currently not in malaysia

can i just walk and in tell them to change to a nano sim? lol

i have the box and everything else together though (the one with the info and PUK code)
