my credit expire on 3 dec (4 day left)
so if i top up rm30 today the the expiry date will extend or not
bcoz before this i top up 3x rm10 it said credit expire 10 days left not 30 days left

My wife used p78 and its used hotspot quota when stream youtube in PC.
So no upgrade for me. p98 is much more better for me as it got all those onz and can be used in while tethering without consuming my quota.

My house just have U Mobile 3G line. Ayam sad.
Celcom still no unlimited plan. My house got Celcom 4G 80mbps speed....

so still can sign up for P98 or not? since they took down from website

or P98 eventually all becomes P99?

I am considering to change my line from P70+50 sub to P99+20 sub. I will transfer another 2 lines from existing P50+10+10 as sub lines to make it P99+20+20+20. One sub-20 for wife, one for Ipad and last one for spare phone (Mi Max 2 streaming Youtube in car). Main line is mine and need data roaming service once in a while but i dun call much. So if I dun use the P99 main line much for youtube, this should be an upgrade, right? As i see i dun lose much changing from RM70+50 to RM99+20, saving RM1. Of course the sub-50 changing to sub-20 will lose unlimited call but since my wife is not making calls much, should not be a problem since there is 30 mins free call within U Mobile and can call with whatsapp too. In total I will save RM31/month (exclude GST) and in the same time increase data from 18+5GB to Unlimited+30GB.

I think the old P98 does not allow any sub-line so I din subscribe it.

For old package it will not auto-convert or auto-upgrade. My P50 is old package no longer been offered already, U Mobile never call me to upgrade or change plan.

U cannot get best of everything.. Good plan + superb coverage + super fast speed 😀

Small telco want to keep relevant. So, they give bigger data plan. But, tower bandwidth cannot handle the traffic.

Still good offer if live in UM 4G coverage.

If you care about RM1 save than P99. Yeah.
But me find out that P98 & P99 is the same.

Previously, P98 have 30GB with mobile data on phone + hotspot.
Now P99 give unlimited data on phone + 30GB data hotspot.

Add RM1 just to get unlimited download on the phone.
Now you can use your 30GB data for hotspot. This offer is really good.
Too bad U Mobile put Video-Onz that capped 480p video streaming for YouTube. That is really big turn off if you need HD streaming in YouTube.


For what stated unlimited speed if cannot watch YouTube in 720p, 1080p & 1440p(for high end phone). Quad HD video will buffering for almost 3-5 minute to watch 2K resolution video on your Samsung S8.

480p is enuf for mobile users especially drama lovers since lots updated dramas with 720 quality yet ready that fast
but sure ppl love better experience with better quality

if you topup 30 on the 29th, the you validity will extend 29th + 30 days

if you top rm10 (3 times) on the 29th, it will be

29th + 10 = 8th dec
29th + 10 = 8th dec
29th + 10 = 8th dec
for all 3 topups

why do you want to do RM10 in 1 day ???
