Ya, there are abundance of supply along the mrt line. Btw my sister bought their EH condo also priced at 600/psft. So I'm not too surprised if GGL priced E9 more than 600/sqft.

No doubt EH's township architecture is exceptional. Abundance of spaces for outdoor activities and the landscape of the hilltop lake garden is trully outstanding. Just feel that GGL might not price E9 low as they know there's quite a number of ppl keen to take the mrt/lrt as the major factor in their property purchase(mostly for "investment" purpose).
