Went to the showroom. The 850sqf looks magical spacious than i thought. Very smart designer ID and top notch quality material given for basic unit. It also comes with smart access system.

I prefer the squarish layout, 10ft ceiling and 8ft corridor. 850 & 890 looks nice for small family and for own stay element is stronger. The RSKU noted to be within the same vicinity but would definately not sharing the same facility.

Maybe is their strategy to let people watch the video at the gallery then proceed the booking once walk out the cinema.

U3 no doubt low density but you are paying almost the same maintenance as high density E9. Someone just said E9 maintenance is $0.33. Anyway Coco gives 2yrs waiver.

That's why we need a strong resident committee and JMR to work together to make it a success. The quality of dwellers are equally important as well.
E9 or U3 both are not far apart and both can synergize on common retails, offices and mall. Sadly facilities are exclusive for it's own whom paid for it. Choose which concept you prefer

Don’t think Spa includes those info and the golden bridge as well. Anyway this can easily verify again at koko cinema. If given such a wide corridor it shd have highlighted in the sale brochure as catalyst for home seeker.

All taiko here are correct. The SA plug figure from sky. Lesson learn not to fully rely on SA info but check with developer. It is a 5FT corridor.

It is a new co-living concept. All basic necessities within reach by foot that save transportation fees. More crowd expected in and out. Whether you like it or dislike.
