In total all block A,B,C,D,E (rsku) is 1800 units. Around 12 acres land, 150units/acre.

To come to think of it, you are right on units/acre.

I think there is no mall. Only retail shops. Nevertheless, the average doesn’t stand and don’t mean anything when taking into considerations of the retail lots and offices.
