no idea why still mentioned fees in psf. say now 0.33psf, but after calculated in shared unit likely end up 0.42psf due to car park and huge common area. many owners unaware of the shared unit calculation method for maintenance fees. also 0.33psf excludes sinking fund, so total mthly now is 0.36psf that is why I say likely 0.42psf based on shared units calculation.

the access road right after tol is non existence from KL, only further down u got a turn off.
