Now new Block A just launched. The nearest to MRT link bridge (just below). The hotel got pulled off and replaced by sky facilities, the SA told me. 675 sft 2B1R layout. 380-400k. What do you think?

I asked quotation for the lowest floor, cheapest. SA said around 400k, i think 380k ish is nett for bumi buyers. Block A for this 675sft units will get cashback 13k after vp, free 2 airconds. There are other 3 layouts 800++, and 1000++ sft.

SA said there will be sky deck if im not mistaken. Haha GG no more hotel. It seems guocoland cant find it wise to build a hotel out of nowhere in suntex. Now really depends on their shoplots and office to be succesful if not GG

Try asking your SA. I presume alot block B bookers will change unit to block A with this package. Guocoland screwed up big time. Now no more hotel also here

Make sense. With so many units, about 1.8k. good condo facilities, and shoplots mrt, for sure the hotel gonna be hard to compete with airbnb investors maybe that's why they pulled it off
