if u look at the overall facilities, those most appealing such as infinity pool, floating gym are in Phase 2. Under current market + COVID recovery period + developer didn't committed when to launch Phase 2. it has high chance Phase 1 buyers could only able to enjoy Phase 2 facilities after number of years...
