there are a lot of property below 500k, etc taman suntext emerald 9, kajang, sungai long, mahkota cheras, puchong, seri kembangan, wangsa maju setapak, titiwangsa etc

given price of below 500k, u need to see which area has the highest average rental return.
For instance, taman suntex sungai long 4xxk property rental vs maluri area rental definitely got big difference.
