Personally I think the current highlight on this piece of land will be the walking distance to MRT, other than nothing much. This area is still quite quiet at the moment, but seeing emerald 9 masterplan, I do see some potential on this place to be more lively than now. There is a secret recipe and domino outlet opened like almost a year ago if i'm not mistaken at Taman Emas (right beside YouResidence). To open a secret recipe outlet at such location, I think the boss also see some future potential at this area too?  |
