Steam kancollect is anime not game and only available in us and japan

For game you have to login to dmm and register first.... Then download dmmapk and install using dmm own playsotre or play using browser

or simply download kancolle viewer and use it own internal browser for stuffs.

i got no vpn bro...

the thing is dmm is blocking malaysia as well but the way they block is by dns, try to use google dns or something on your router setup and u should be able to play the game without problem
