anyone know how many remaining units are still on sales? =]
and whether you had site visiting for Alix's construction progress because TA global is claiming the Alix is at stage 2 of the progress? Thanks. |

I am wondering if most buyers for Alix are buying for own stay? Another concern when comes to low density project is whether ppl are staying there and paying the maintenance fee to sustain all the operating expenses. Any thought?

Besides that, I am curious why they did not design window at the wet kitchen for most layout, in fact there are spaces for each layout design to have it for better ventilation...anyone has this concern too?
