The list you've shown is MRT2 stations though. Heard that it could be the Mont Kiara/Jalan Duta MRT3 station

From (1) to Solaris Mont Kiara is much more nearer than (2). Looking at the current alignments, they concentrate on commercial areas more than residential

mkh got a project called inspirasi and was selling like hot cakes due to the distance to mrt, after cancelled i cant rmb what happen.

some say the mrt will be near to arcoris.. some say near to the sri hartamas bomba. i also dunno which is true anymore

The station name should be Mont Kiara, but it seems still under planning. The project is selling the government future.

Whether it will happen, it's up to cabinet to decide, and we will only know the result by end of Q2 2020 i believe. refer to the news above.
In terms of construction quality, i think they should be above average. I dont know about properties nor who the h they are and what they did, but based on the reputation that i've heard from people around me, they are doing well and i got myself a unit there.
