I think you're looking in the wrong place.. didn't post because I've never had to buy Szechuan pepper but was convinced that it was pretty commonly found.
It should be in the dry local spices section - commonly found with the coriander seeds, fennel, cumin, cloves, star anise, cinnamon, black pepper etc Picture from Jaya grocer empire Attached thumbnail(s) |

Eu yan sang has it. I bought szechuan peppercorns because i wanted to make taiwanese braised beef.
