QUOTE(sonyman @ Aug 14 2009, 07:45 PM) actually i didnt use two center, its only one, if u look carefully, compaq, brand, both the sub The speakers are all Aaron speakers from Australia. Got them from the Hi-Fi Shop in 1Utama when they were still at the old wing. Not the best speakers in the world. Tweeters don't have enough extension on the highs so the mids are kinda overwhelming.Added on August 14, 2009, 7:48 pm i really like your sub, what brand is it? it looks solid from here, passive or active? well nice speakers also, though cannot see the brand and u also have a marantz cd player is it ? what amp u use to listen to hifi ? are you using any HTPC to connect or watch movies, ? whats the spec, im also using pc to watch movies The sub which is also Aaron is actually quite good. Dual 8 inch woofers that can actually rattle the plaster ceiling. Will definately be keeping this one. This sub has both high and low level inputs with it's own adjustable crossover. The amp is a Rotel 921 which is really old. No digital input and it's one of their lower end models. Will definately be getting it replaced. Currently it's connected to the cd player and htpc all through RCA analog ICs. Finally the htpc is using the zotac geforce 9300 mb with an intelcore 2 duo. Nice thing about it is that it comes with wifi so that I can stream movies from my nas which is upstairs. |
