All,

TQ TQ TQ rclxm9.gif

Yep,i had done a proper speaker alignment which tooks me approx 3hrs for pure Hi-Fi listening at additional room.Previously was setup at hall,my turntable stylus was found broken when some aunties brought their children over. From there onwards i shifted all to the room.

Hi Blunt,
As i did mention my previous setup at hall since my mum frens brought the children which accidently broken my turntable stylus and therefore i shifted all into my additional room for my own plesure enjoyment.
Hope this will clear for you.

Yeah, i think so too.
Just bought for 2 mths.
However currently i'm test-making my stereo hifi sound like surround. (sitting in the center, but the sound comes from everywhere)
My items will be mixed-match to test-trial regularly

this Usher s-520 can use for front channel as well.good performance, veri bright/forward but need careful speaker cbl to match other wise SQ will be too bright.can partner well with tube amp(el34,kt88 or 300b) shocking.gif

Yeah, i'm running it with QED Silverscreen XT / Transparent speaker cables
I'm really eager for an integrated tube amp, only tat funds not enuf, so gotta wait and wait and wait ....
*
You may look for used valve amp, perhaps just replace new tubes or capacitor only. But don't use silver cbl to attached at Usher s-520 as SQ will be overbright.

PS3
Profile: 2.0 (via firmware 2.20)
HDMI: 1.3
Ethernet: Yes

Audio-
Internally Decode TrueHD: Yes
Internally Decode DTS-MA: Yes (via firmware release on 4/15/08)
Bitstream TrueHD: No
Bitstream DTS-MA: No
Analog Output: 2 Channel stereo

++ Most upgradeable player on the market
+ Profile 2.0 (via firmware update to version 2.20)
+ Fastest boot and load times of any player on market
+ Excellent PQ and AQ over HDMI
- No 5.1 analog outputs
- No front display
- No IR, remote (sold separately) is bluetooth and incompatible with Harmony and other IR universals (3rd party work around exists)(IRTBT IR to Bluetooth adapter)
+ Good DVD upscaling
- No support for DTS-MA (yet??)
+ plays MP4s and DivX/XviD AVI's, but it does not play HD versions of these formats. It can also play these files off removable media (USB HDs and flash memory).

I'm wondering anyone can provides me more info on PS3 audio format ? I do not really understand about Bitstream TrueHD and Decode TrueHD ?
Intend to upgrade to HDMI av amp.
Many Thanks alots.
