-The CPU is pretty decent, does 4.5~4.6ghz at 1.195 vcore, using a CM Nepton 240m AIO cooler, it's definitely not a lemon. Your own OC result may vary according to what mobo you use, my result is based on using the Asus Sabertooth Z77.
-I have priced accordingly to what similar items are going for at Garage Sales in LYN (Either past recent sales or current ongoing sales). You may refer to sales of LGA 1155 Xeons, i7-3770 & 3770k, i7-2600 & 2600k, i7-4770 & 4770k & 4790k and even the i5 variants as a reference point.
-Please refer all my previous sales threads to have confidence in dealing with me, never had an unhappy buyer and everything I ever sent out via Poslaju and GDex has arrived safely. All COD deals were also done in a timely and friendly manner.

Warranty: Nil, it's currently working perfectly fine in my rig, 3 days personal warranty.

Dealing method: COD Penang. COD in PJ available on 3,4,5,6 September. Poslaju cost and risk bear by buyer. Take note that item is only available from 3rd September onward. If confirm small deposit will be collected to reserve item to you.
