You should enquire this to Grab/Uber themselves.
Us current drivers aka. kuli didn't get any notice yet from them regarding permits etc

Actually not only that, i think got many other regulations need to follow.

But i asked a few seniors about this, so far its not being inforced yet

allow 1 year to comply

by then many who not really earn a lot would just hang up keys

else commercial insurance rate, puspakom checking need to tear off tint film are 2 major hurdles - it recur every year take note

spad license, medical check up are juz small fees

btw, it seems slightly too late to start grab as it already implement 25% commission charge now same as uber
