ya, they raise the price and cut down the quota of non-ambassador broadband plan
if i rmb correctly, non-ambassador broadband plan was RM100 for 100GB in total, and now for RM105 you only get 75gb in total
hope they wont do the same to ambassador broadband plan

Info from their CS
those on the old RM100 plan (non-ambassador plan) will remain the same unless they choose to upgrade to the new RM105 plan
so i guess they will have a new RM75 ambassador plan and existing RM70 plan remain untouched

not only ambassador plan. the non ambassador plan also increase price and cut quota
they just follow the normal plan and give some discount for ambassador plan

Digi never upgrade at my heavy densely populated area.

you see..Digi got a system monitoring to be able to cap that 5Mbps for Infinite100 or Infinite80 plan.

Digi should NOT capped those having quota plan at all as per what you say.

they dont cap la, the faster u finish quota the better for them, but unluckily ur area seems like seriously congested

somemore on is 4G plus not 4G.
it show that Digi never bother to upgrade the bandwidth at my location at all.

surely when people comeback from work....that max 20Mbps become lesss than 1Mbps then 500kbps.
Congestion is sure thing at night but at least more managable speed lo like 5Mbps?...

i mean BB70 plan no cap speed, the slow speed is due to congestion and i agree with you that at least digi should give us a usable speed during peak hours
my area morning can run up to 80Mbps, night time only around 1-2Mbps sometime less
now i plan to subscribe infinite 150 but i dont think it will run any faster during peak hours

I found that ambassador plan no longer gives better value
their broadband plan raise price cut quota, ambassador postpaid plan worse than their normal postpaid & prepaid plan

Too many people in this forum act as if Digi owes them cheap cheap Ambassador plans.  Those of you who are on Ambassador plans should just be grateful you've been granted the privilege.  It's not as if you are forced to take up the plans.  You can walk away any time you want.

Not just ambassador plan. But for all telcos plan, ppl have the right to choose and also the right to compare the pricing etc. No point to complain and still stay on the same telco/plan

Plan to terminate next week because i registered for unifi. A bit redundant to have both. I'm on BB70 with 100GB. It's a good plan! Sad to terminate
