Livechat with digi staff during lunch hour today. He said that no downgrade to Amb 38 offered for Amb 68.

so the infinite 80/100/150 is the only choice for now.. i thought with my amb 70, with certain fees, I can combine all data so that can get 100gb all days instead 40gb data/50gb stream free/10gb stream on demand.. ok thanks fruitie..

What if the plan was changed from amb68 to another postpaid plan, then can change back to amb38 after that?
Wonder if still need re-nomination again?

nonid renomination if your name still in the list. It is really up to your recommender. If he decides to punish you by kicking you out, feel free to look for another nominator

U change to postpaid u being charge service tax. Change to prepaid no service tax, got it?

alex sadding. want to ask if digi ambasaddor broadband can return/refund or not? the speed is not stable. I'm not asking for good bandwitdh, just stable line. Even 9am in the morning off peak also ping error. =(

For modem, probably need to top up RM9/month and with contract for 12 months.

This is mainly for broadband internet and sim cannot call but can SMS/MMS.

By the way, just found out that you need Digi staff to nominate you to join...just look for J SHAO (TS)

I mean for broadband. Looking at options to replace unifi.

i tried again to change my plan via live chat, they turned on their words. just "said sorry" for miscommunication . porting out to Tunetalk + 1 year validity.

so angry with their team, so irresponsible turning back on their words.

anyway, not the cheapest option and i will have internet overseas as well, just annoying to use wifi instead of roaming data.

yes i use this i150 as a home broadband with huawei e5186 as a modem for 7 months


but already terminate coz unifi now available to my housing area
