They should engage with Ambassadors more often... that's kind of the point of an Ambassador right? Hopefully we'll hear something soon that will keep us with DiGi (or the Ambassador plan).

I'm in their Superuser programme (chosen by them) and I do provide feedback to them from time to time. smile.gif

Why everyone so dirty here? Just going to try to stream some 4k Netflix to waste some data...

In terms of our Ambassador plan... I really feel like we're getting the short end of the stick compared to a lot of the other plans available (even outside of DiGi). Our only advantage is the in built every day data instead of weekday/weekend... Everything else like overall quota, Roam Like Home pricing, inability to sign up for contract phones, is all against us. Which is kind of weird since Ambassador plan users are supposed to be Ambassadors for DiGi right? How lah to tell people that DiGi is good when we're not really getting a good deal...

Considering switching to the lowest possible Ambassador (or normal) plan, so I can enable Roam Like Home when I'm within ASEAN (and suspend my line when I'm not travelling within ASEAN) since it's the same price whether I'm on AMB68 or anything lower... and switch to another telco for my normal usage within Malaysia. It's weird when even Maxis (that's supposed to be the expensive telco) offerings start to become competitive with AMB68...

Which maxis plan is competitive with AMB68? In terms of plan details or pricing?

In other words, the Ambassador has become too mainstream? biggrin.gif

The base Maxis One 98 provides almost double data (15+15) for RM30 more, and let's face it... Maxis does have a much better network overall. Besides that, it also provides unlimited SMS (not really useful I know) and the amazing ability to get very lousy phones for RM1 when you sign a contract. For purely local usage, I would strongly consider switching to Maxis... DiGi does however have a good ASEAN roaming package (RLH), and that's pretty much what's keeping me on DiGi at the moment. The reason the Maxis 98 plan is comparable (for me) is after I include RLH on top of my AMB68, I end up paying above RM100/month anyway.

Yes, too mainstream. I'm requesting them to give us another plan, I'm on their Ambassador plan for a decade now, it's getting too common. tongue.gif

Before digi revise the ambassador plan, please revise back the Amb. Zero.
At least digi should revise better way monthly commitment at least RM1 (exclude GST).
In simple, at least spend RM1 include call or SMS.

This will help digi and also those customers superb low commitment.
And also don't let those customer (especially VIP number) put at there which NEVER call or SMS before.

No problem, u have to pay first mth bill and rebate over the first month only.

Hi boss, I still have got questions regarding Ambassador broadband.
Is it means that I first need to pay RM70 on the spot at DiGi Store?

What about the first month bill? Is it will straight away deduct RM70?
Or auto deduct RM10/mth for first 7 month from my bill?

Which type of deductions for first mth bill?

QUOTE(counselor @ Dec 25 2017, 09:17 AM)
And do you see any changes after your feedback?
What do you think about this plan now? What can be improved for us? I hope that we all can discuss this and provide feedback to you so that you can put it up to them.
Of course, whatever we want must be reasonable but I don't see why normal Digi users can have but we don't. Unless they specify to us how much money they want to make from this plan based on the number of subscribers.
*
I don't feedback for this plan, we talk about overall Digi plans, services and products. smile.gif

FYI, this plan is only exclusive for Digi staffs to be given to their friends and family, limited to 15 slots per employee if I'm not mistaken. They are not trying to make money out of this but more as a privilege for their staffs. However, I'm not sure how TS can have unlimited slots.

So, this plan is not really in discussion unless really required.

The number of slots has been increased earlier this year I think... maybe based on seniority? My friend suddenly had 1000 slots middle of this year.

Anyway, if no feedback is being given for this plan, how can this plan possibly improve? Sure, it's for friends and family... but it's meant to be attractive to friends and family, not for friends and family to give charity to DiGi just because the person giving out this plan works for DiGi.

Not sure about the 1000 slots thingy.
Well, truth be told I'm on their Ambassador Zero plan so I don't feel anything. laugh.gif
Let me have a comparison with other telcos plans or existing Digi plans that are competitive with Ambassador plans. I can try to voice out to them.

QUOTE(counselor @ Dec 25 2017, 11:48 AM)
That's my point. Suppose to be better than open market plans. Cause it's exclusive for staffs. Example, using this plan to subscribe to cheaper phones.
*
Just that too many people subscribe to this plan and lost its exclusivity, I don't think things will be changed even after revision.

Prepaid:
1GB - 1 hour - RM 1
300MB - 1 day - RM 1

Amb plans lack of lots of flexibility like the prepaid plans for its users.
In fact, Amb plans actually need to pay for GST while prepaid plans are waive from GST currently.

Even though I'm a Digi user for more than 10 years and I have no any privilege from general customers.
Can't Digi do something to its loyal customers?

Suggestion:
1. Make Amb plans at least on par with or more attractive than prepaid plans.
2. Maintain Digi's long-term customers relationship.

Prepaid plans are always exciting compared to postpaid plans not only Ambassador plans.

I don't get it for your example above, 1 hour and 1 day how to compare with 1 month for Ambassador plans?
