What did i tell last time?
Long long wait lo if want to see any improvement in Ambassador plan.
The only best Ambassdor plan is the Zero plan.

Digi network now congested almost everywhere especially without fail from 6pm onwards
Fast.com speed test mostly 10Mbps daytime until 6pm

Nighttime 1Mbps below...timeout frequently.

Well..since offer rebate rm30 for 6 month..
I will wait until finish the rebate...then start complaint again.

Ambassador voice plan remain same mah.
Only the BB70 aka BB100 price goes up with reduce quota.
I think ...Digi BB plan is not worth lo.

yes..sub to Digi GO Business plan under Corporate plan 2 month back.
Came to company and promote that Go Business plan to employee
give out free phone for 24month contract

just submit company ID and IC details...

at office no problem lah surfing lo....
only at home start from 6pm....snail then dead snail at 10pm......below 1Mbps

I report Digi on 20Feb....Call up by Technical Digi on 26Feb...
Digi Call again on 7March...
Still no solution....email SKMM as well

tell them come to my area at 6pm onwards to check...i can see the Tower lo....
i even take one day off to monitor myself....Morning until 6pm...very smooth

6pm....like super sloth liao onwards until 10pm...becoem dead sloth.

But i say i am not happy...can't even finish quota.....
wasted 1st month 40GB estd
2nd month wasted 16GBGB...but that because i was furiously download movie at office...at home..jangan harap can download

Then 2 days back receive email from Digi saying all those not upgrading soon stories lo.
offer the 6 month rm30 rebate.
So i reply ok...and i stated i will complaint again after rebate ended if network still the same

then a email from SKMM
saying the case settle.

aiya...cari makan at that company lo.
yup...like you at night got 4G or 4G+ but snail speed and really vomit blood until midnite over .

it a trend..6PM ...4 to 5Mbps ..then slowly slow slow until 10pm..less than 1Mbps.
after 10Mbps....500kbps pun ada....every night.
So complaint kaw kaw lo.

Lucky got that free Samsung J7 Pro..
can disable band...
right now....i lock to one band at home which around 5Mbps
other band confirm 500kbps to 1Mbps

i take the rebate because...i can lock to certain band at night.
no more snail lo.

i pity those normal user who either don't know how to lock manually or phone cannot lock will suffer the most.
so once 6 month rebate up...

will complaint again lo.

Digi band seriously congestion at most location at night mostly
their Band 3 and Band 7 is overloaded leh...

maybe too many Infinite150 user.. at my location or...
Digi never upgrade at my heavy densely populated area.

you see..Digi got a system monitoring to be able to cap that 5Mbps for Infinite100 or Infinite80 plan.

Digi should NOT capped those having quota plan at all as per what you say.

but you know my area morning speed max also 10Mbps or is it 20Mbps?
somemore on is 4G plus not 4G.
it show that Digi never bother to upgrade the bandwidth at my location at all.

surely when people comeback from work....that max 20Mbps become lesss than 1Mbps then 500kbps.
Congestion is sure thing at night but at least more managable speed lo like 5Mbps?...

buy that rm5 3GB 7 days...speed was gooding until network become lap sap..

Not the best coverage lo.

One of the 2 best coverage...other than celcom
Yes..Maxis is Premium plan with less congestion with Premium pricing....
Use Maxis with no regret.....except again..the super duper Keras price.

Celcom in my opinion top in coverage and if no comgestion...perform as good as Maxis

Digi coverage bolehlah but currently congestion at it max especially from 6pm onwards....need to upgrade the tower especially the 1800Mhz and 2600Mhz..especially if majority going for that Infinite150 plan.

As for Umobile....no need think...Roller Coaster ride...all cap to 1.5Mbps..discreetly
Don't believe me....try complain to Umobile amd they will tell you it is the standard speed.
And our SKMM just keep quiet about it.
It time to petition Umobile is cheating by stating 1.5Mbps is standard speed in Klang Valley and KL.

New comer...Webe aka Unifi have hit and misses....the Free 10GB only valid as long got 4G signal...

That why i tend to use ^$^÷_=£÷^ to dish whoever wishing and asking every other day.

Like Digi owe us whoever still with Ambassdor ...must improve the plan to match or better than others telco outside.

I believe many miss out the Zero plan.....and really piss quietly.
