Before digi revise the ambassador plan, please revise back the Amb. Zero.
At least digi should revise better way monthly commitment at least RM1 (exclude GST).
In simple, at least spend RM1 include call or SMS.

This will help digi and also those customers superb low commitment.
And also don't let those customer (especially VIP number) put at there which NEVER call or SMS before.

The number of slots has been increased earlier this year I think... maybe based on seniority? My friend suddenly had 1000 slots middle of this year.

Not sure about the 1000 slots thingy.
Well, truth be told I'm on their Ambassador Zero plan so I don't feel anything.
Let me have a comparison with other telcos plans or existing Digi plans that are competitive with Ambassador plans. I can try to voice out to them.
Just that too many people subscribe to this plan and lost its exclusivity, I don't think things will be changed even after revision.

Just sign up with read the t&c and saw this SMS FOC, really true or not?
I know nowadays less people use normal text messaging, more is whatapps, wechat and line.

But curious just want to know, is it SMS FOC is you can unlimited normal text messaging to all telco in Malaysia?

Long long wait lo if want to see any improvement in Ambassador plan.
The only best Ambassdor plan is the Zero plan.

In Malaysia, nothing telco is the best one.
If you say maxis is the best, then perhaps you might wrong. Because maxis is the most "Dato" or "Tun" people (who is damn rich) people using with expensive plan.

Digi never meant the Ambassador plans to be a main part of their business.  It was really a favour for Digi insiders originally.

Too many people in this forum act as if Digi owes them cheap cheap Ambassador plans.  Those of you who are on Ambassador plans should just be grateful you've been granted the privilege.  It's not as if you are forced to take up the plans.  You can walk away any time you want.

You can try call DiGi CS thru 0162211800 and request CS to reactivate Monthly 0MB.

Some CS might not entertain this request but you can always try call few times.. sure there's nice CS to help you activate this plan

Edit : Tips; Do not ever tell them you need Monthly 0MB plan because of RM5 addon or Free Music Freedom or else they will insist you to purchase current offered Monthly Plan

But DiGi only provide Free 5GB 'Data' for you to stream music. You'll still need to pay for Spotify (Premium) or Joox (VIP) subcription fee if you wish to enjoy their premium service.
