I'm planning to transfer the BB70 ownership to my father.
Does this mean that my father's IC should be in Ambassador list as well?

Any ambassador plan required nomination by Digi staff.
If transferrable, your father need be ambassador list.

Previous I did transferred ownership and stay at old digi plan. But it was not ambassador plan.

Hi just to confirm, is there any charges receiving SMS in oversea for digi postpaid/digi amb plan?

My other prepaid number do not get charged on receiving sms in oversea.

For example rm15 for 30days 5gb.

No charges for receiving SMS. I get it all the time when I'm in overseas especially for banks TAC.

Yes, sometimes I do this for my Ambassador Zero, I will subscribe RM 5/7 days for 3GB.

Funny, I don't have though and my 3GB/7days is RM 5 not RM 10 as your screenshot.
I supposed you still have active monthly data plan now, I believe after you call Digi to remove the monthly subscription plan, these options will be dropped out. That's my assumption.

I am currently using rm34 for 6gb.

Yes, I supposed so. I edited my post too. I was on RM 34 for 6GB (free upgrade from 3GB). Terminated this plan a year ago and will subscribe data plan only whenever I require as I have 20GB data plan from Celcom which on second SIM slot.

FYI, if you cancel your Monthly 6GB plan, you wont able to purchase this 1 time add on (RM15/5GB/30days).

Above addon only applicable for those who have active monthly plan.
