![]() I brought crucial mx500 500gb to upgrade my 8 years notebook but the read/write speed cannot reach 500MB/s. just found that my note sony vaio using sata 3 6Gbps but not sure why downgrade to sata 3 3Gbps thru bios update. |

I found my adata xpg sx8200 pro use for boot drive or c drive write a lot where it write around 20-40Gb per day ....just for working, surfing and youtube and I did not switch off the pc....
if idling for whole day, it take around 7-10gb....check and monitor everything, no unusual behaviour |
