Don't see any info about DRAM cache, don't bother unless you don't have choice.
I would rather buy from well established brand.

Nowadays can get 1TB SSD for about RM500.
Not Samsung of course, but as 2nd drive for games only it is good enough. Many brands also now able to achieve same performance as Evo series.

Patriot are well known for its high speed RAM, I'm pretty sure their SSD line up are good too, just check for any review before purchase

Based on this SSD list SU650 is DRAM-less. SU800 is better as it have DRAM.

Don't bother doing drive cloning; you are much better off backing up your personal files and making a proper clean install of the OS instead icon_idea.gif

plus another mandatory thing to do after clean install, delete the old win10 boot entry , google it yerself,
so you dont confused everytime windows ask you to choose OS. and you wasted another 5 minutes booting into old windows lol

The DRAM is quite small... around 32MB for a 480GB, I think. But better than none? It's cheap for sure, but your mileage will vary in terms of performance as OS drive.

I want only 250gb. Just for few game for my laptop.
My criteria is durability. Don't want ssd that kaput within a year like my Kingston a400

I have used patriot 480GB for OS drive for an older system, so far no issues in 2 years. Bought another 960GB for game storage

What make ssd to kaput easily?
Is it because of dramless?

Smaller SSD have shorter durability due to repeated read and write (or program/erase... PE cycles). So recommended to get 480GB or larger
