I saw , silicon power but now ssd is very common , something similar to decades ago where USB thumbdrive with a bunch of brand.
Don't know which is better.
Does it have DRAM or PLP ?
Thanks , I'll try and find a best option and choose which I think is less hassle to tweak. There is a question , some website mention not to fill up the HDD to 75% but what if I fill up in this kind of way ?
SSD 500GB with 2 OS.
Windows 7 -150GB fill up with 85% 130GB
Windows 10 - 350GB fill up just 20% 70GB
If I am running windows 7 all the time , will it cause a slow down ? since it's a separate partition ? or even leaving an empty partition ?
2. Google again , some recommend not to move temp files where temp files is where you access your data but if you didn't point to other location , lets say you unzip/unrar a file , all the cache will drop to temp file too.Sometimes, when installation a software large enough like Office or Adobe software , all unpack are being place into temp files.
If setting on SSD , unpack and install software will be at SSD speed but if point to HDD , install/unpack software speed = hard disk speed.
Confuse here.
3.Will place an extra fan , what is your SSD temp on idle and load ? Not sure this article still relevant , putting ssd off shelf or high temp will loss data ?

Can recommend any application incase of recover lost data https://www.pcmag.com/roundup/353756/the-be...covery-software
All are required to pay.
Thanks , I read through the SSD part optimize. Some window system also use virtual memory.I would really like if there is an application that will help to optimize or tweak windows 7 or 10 but worry it'll mes up with windows setting

If you prefer speed, yeah, don't change the temp folder location, everything like pack/unpack will be on SSD.
Some application will allow you to select temp folder, rather than system defined %temp%.
So it's not really confusing, just extra step.
For example, Steam games, Battle.net, Origin, even games from Windows Store, can be installed to multiple HDD.
