Hi,just to update you guys that L&G has just launched Block B for Seresta. The layouts wise remain the same consist of Type A, B,C1, C2,D1 and D2. On top of this, there's additional 13 units of penthouses.You may PM me if you wish to know more details about it

devilkid84 is right on the rebate part. The rebate vary depends on the type of layout. The layout that almost sold out is Type D2 (one unit left).
