Depending on your living style, are you chill at home often and will you look outside? Otherwise I will suggest Type C1, since the package is good and the double volume ceiling heights are allow you have another mezzanine floor. I have purchaser plan to make it his own sweet gaming space.

Yeah it's workable but need to get approval from management.

My share is I will pick C1 as the layout is very unit which not a common product in market, especially if you realise the corridor to the rooms. I like that privacy, your visitors won't see your rooms and you can put your trophy or awards along the corridor make it become your hall of fame hahaa

Ermmm...I'm not sure how much stretch it is, if it just a few cup of starbucks per month then is fine, but if it's affect your living cost then probably don't let yourself fall into the struggle cause coming bank interests will increase. Better prioritise on need than want

Yeah there's no any solid info yet as they still planning stage. But definitely phase 3 is there just the building might not direct right beside like how foresta and seresta like.
