From the look only applicable to Block A so far lah.
Block B might be late a bit more

From the SPA drawing, the view of Bedroom 1 in Type B Layout on Block A are not blocked, but they likely won't be able to view the mountain side because that is still blocked by Block B

Type C2 08 and C1 08 however are partially blocked by Block B due to the unit are directly below the link bridge between Block A and B

Yeah, if not mistaken I saw somewhere they going to build a bridge from the current StarGrocer to 8trium so that it's connected to MRT

And the plot beside is their old clubhouse plot that will be rebuild along with their other new phases. This and alongside Ativo, the new phases there will benefits all the commercial conveniences in Ativo and the new commercial building that StarGrocer resides now

According to my SA, looks like phase3 and 4 will be at the end of the road. It's along but it's not beside. It's nearer to the Foresthill Damansara.

But it's not confirmed. What confirmed is the Land beside current StarGrocer might have 1 upcoming high-rise soon
