Do bothlah, no one is stopping you using 2 apps.
Do grabs as main one, and Uber during peak time or jam time or when Grab getting you no customers at that time But for newbies, do Uber first. Grab is more advance (more like teksi level advance) where you know how to manage tol, account and also negotiating skill with customer going long distance.
