Ok!

If 'test chain' is for a certain pedal arrangement in a chain(s)
'test rig' is a time-lapsed (documented) pedalboard setup work.
Just a brief installation job, especially on how I run the cables and power up. Mostly, it took me more than 2 hours to complete.

The longest time for each setup is pedal mangement. Planning and setting out based on current sellection of available pedals and ofkos, pedalboard! Sometimes took me weeks. LOL.
This is the most tiring task and sometimes a bit frustrating.
Because, I only produced one (or maybe two) of it sound sample(s). The rest all in my head.

If you noticed, each pedalboard's real estate rises along the tests.
But the pedalboards itself dropped? Why?
Answer: DIY pedalboards.

I myself DIY my pedalboards to get the best fit worstation (working dimensions, layout and proper control) for livelooping. Not to fix all pedals to it, but to optimize it.

To conclude, I found out that the best solution for gigging livelooper that use a pedal switching controller, to have a tiered-hinge pedalboard i.e. Schmidt Array or any custom made that suits their own pedals. Save a lot of patch cable lengths.

Here's one of the pedalboard setup I've recorded using Asus Zenfone Max time lapse @ 2am! (I guess). Enjoy!

That Strymon Bluesky is much² better than the Digitech Supernatural, imo.
Bcoz the shimmer is kind of too spooky. Too low, too dark. Need a brighter trail.
Bigsky? Ofkos better than Bluesky. More fx, more control ability esp. midi, switcher friendly.
Btw, thanks. thumbsup.gif
