Few days ago i changed my router to other brand then after that my unifi already ok

Now my hypp tv asking for username and pin

After that i called tmnet for username and pin they gave me


But problem still cannot login

What is the problem ???

Already tried username@unifi / @iptv

Pin - 123456 / they gave you pin

Still cannot

Try 123456

u shld write down the id n pin when u called tm
to avoid forgotten

Changing the router won’t affect authentication. So it’s not a username/password problem. Very strange.

you got logout from all your devices?

Router must make sure is HyppTV compatible. Means it supports vLAN. Which router you use?
Setting also must set to HyppTV usually to LAN4. Did you connect to the right LAN port? Is router setting done correctly?

Yup i used lan 3 but still cannot login why ?

Ask them to reset your hypptv login password.

Hi, the LAN port 4 is not always works for third party routers. You need to plug back to the TM given router to activate hypptv again, then replace back to your router. Remind that you must plug to LAN port no. 4 only. I have the same exact problem like yours before with my Asus RT-AC55UHP. My asus router is supported HyppTV too and also it is a Unifi verified router. I am facing the difficulty to login hypptv like you at last time. The only solution is use back the TM given unifi router. To re-activate your Hypptv, that's the only way what you can do.
