just finished setup this new fnhon tornado. this frame is not mine, but i help my friend bought used from LYN user here..
just wanted to share the setup for others to custom modified their bike in the future for reference



here is the photo of the bike. i think it took around 1 year for my friend to complete the parts.


this tornado used sram component, mixture sram parts. mostly parts are from sram force accept for fd used sram red. for info, sram force are same level like shimano ultegra,only lighter a bit.


its adopt sram force 22 gxp crankset with 53/39 chainring and 172.5 length


sram force 22 rd but its only running on 10s sunrace 11-28t cassette


here is the cockpit. customized length carbon flatbar with sram grip,sram brake liver and sram x7 2x10 shifter.
why?sram had good chemistry mixture of road and mtb component, unlike shimano


customized carbon fork
the fork had inside threaded screw (most likely like dahon and fnhon fork for fixing the handlepost) and stierer tube length like original fnhon fork. and it still opening fork 74mm like stdt


modified litepro headset. due to different constrution of the carbon fork, i had to modified the headset to fit the folded out handlepost


front stopping power it used sram force cbrake


while the rear brake i used 7'oclock long arm vbrake.
why i didnt used sram force cbrake at the rear?bcoz owner only had front cbrake only


this fnhon tornado used 451 custom wheelset, and with schwalbe one 451 1 1/8 rubber
