Government has to do something to help the market. Property crash would massively harm the economy and cause the government to lose the election.
No worry, they have Chinese to blame.Property market bubble set to bursts, says think tank

It is just common sense. Crash or not the facts is there for everyone with half decent googling ability. Stagnant price, slow market, less buyers for subsale properties above 500k. Rental rate around klcc area for some of it drop almost half and my expat friend very happy lol.
Slow down is a fact. Crash or not is just forecast. Only need a trigger. |

QUOTE(Icehart @ Aug 20 2017, 06:26 PM) Pftt good one. Who doesn't know about bank loans but just warning everyone it's a double edge sword. Just wait, when it rains the banks will collect back your umbrellas. See how it feels then. It is all about buying with the right price. I know some big unit they drop as much a 30-40% below market due to owner cannot settle loan. QUOTE(ar188 @ Aug 20 2017, 06:32 PM) I think the house price chart roughly about the same(just havent drop as much as gold). these DDD want to drop until year 2007 level |
